The recent case has come to the fore where Bihar’s son was detained for brutally beating Kashmiri traders. Now people are asking “Is Manish Kashyap in jail?” He is a famous Youtuber from Bihar, India and he is currently at risk of being detained. Reports say he is accused of spreading fake videos and information about the attack on migrant workers in Bihar.

The Bihari Youtuber uploaded a scripted video to his channel to back up his claim that Bihari laborers were assaulted in Tamil Nadu. After this sensational and controversial video, there is a strong chance that Manish Kashyap will be detained. In the fake video case, an FIR was filed against him. Nevertheless, it still has a long history of controversy. Many complaints had already been filed against them before that. The report says he went to Patna market with his buddies some years ago and beat the traders.

Over the past few years, Youtuber has been embroiled in many controversies. After the terrorist attack in Pulwama on February 14, 2019, Kashmiri traders were targeted in Patna, the capital of Bihar. About 20 youths used sticks to beat up Kashmiri traders at the Lhasa market in Patna. The attackers threatened the traders with deportation to Kashmir. According to the media, Manish Kashyap was arrested in this case and is currently behind bars. Bihar police arrested him. Besides him, Nagesh Kumar, Chandan Singh and Gaurav Singh were also detained in separate parts of the Bihar capital. However, reports indicate that all were released after securing bail from the CJM court.
