The Rock tells Joe Rogan he has Democratic friends who are only ‘loyal to the party’

AUSTIN, TEXAS: Actor and former WWE Superstar Dwayne Johnson, simply known as “The Rock,” made an interesting observation about his Democratic friends, telling podcast host Joe Rogan that they were “loyal to the party,” not to Biden.

On “The Joe Rogan Podcast,” Johnson also explained how individuals can have friends who are both Republicans and Democrats, without thinking much about it.

What did The Rock say?

Johnson claimed to have friends who support Trump and friends who support Biden. He quickly retracted his claim about Biden voters, pointing out that there were more Democratic Party members than Biden supporters.

This was after Rogan said, “When I was a kid, you could have a Republican friend. Like it’s no big deal. It’s no big deal. Like, ‘Oh, Bobby likes George Bush. Who cares? We don’t care**. k.”

He continued: “You know, you were a Bill Clinton supporter. He loved George Bush. Nobody cared. Nobody was like, ‘Fuck you.’ It wasn’t like, ‘You’re a Nazi.” “What do you mean, I’m a Nazi? I just want to lower taxes.”

To this, The Rock asked, “What the fuck are you talking about?” Rogan added: “How did I become a Nazi, you know? The former wrestler confirmed: “It’s the craziest thing. I have friends who support Trump. I have friends who support Biden.”

Rogan chimed in: “Do you really have friends who support Biden?” Johnson laughed and replied, “Well, no, no. No, no, no! Here’s what I do. I have friends, thanks, it’s a good check. Because it’s important.”

“It’s important context,” he continued, as Rogan laughed. The host helped him out by saying, “They support the Democratic Party.”

Joe Rogan praises Dustin Rhodes

Rogan was full of praise for Dustin Rhodes in the episode. Looking back at the first WWE 1996 Survivor Series match, The Rock was enjoying all the other celebrities in attendance. He could not have been the biggest star of the evening without their support and recognition, he stressed.

Rogan then talked about Dustin Rhodes, also known as Goldust. Looking back, the two saw Rock pin Goldust in his first WWE match as Rocky Maivia. Dwayne identified the man as Goldust while watching the video.

Joe Rogan said: “This guy was amazing.” Even though Rogan was once critical of professional wrestling, it seems he is now starting to recognize the legacy of the industry’s stars.
