The Rare Beauty founder urged her fans to practice mindfulness on Wednesday, March 8, and set the tone by sharing a sweet flashback image of herself when she was younger. The 30-year-old star captioned a photo of herself, posing for the camera wearing a light yellow shirt embroidered with daisies. The caption begins with “Dear one, please don’t be afraid to ask for help.”

Selena uploaded a flashback photo of herself younger in an Instagram post where she looks adorable. The “Heart Wants What It Wants” singer wrote a touching comment about her young self to go along with the sweet photo. She advises her young self to be brave enough to ask for help. Furthermore, he continued the post by urging everyone to be kind to themselves in honor of women. She urged her fans to write letters to their little ones – a “rare reminder” – and stick them in the mirror to say they deserve the best. The legend was signed with a nice “I love you”.
