LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rumer Willis is thrilled to become a first-time mother. The eldest daughter of actor Bruce, 67, and actress Demi Moore, 60, looked stunning as she flaunted her growing baby bump at her baby shower with close family and friends.

Willis’ close friend Peta Murgatroyd, who is pregnant with her second child, previewed the actress’ special day after sharing a number of photos on Instagram on Saturday, March 11. The ‘House Bunny’ actress and her boyfriend, Derek Richard Thomas, were seen posing together and smiling brightly for the camera in one of the snaps uploaded by Murgatroyd. “These three,” the professional dancer wrote at the top of the story.

Willis opted for a chic look for the special gathering as she wore a sleeveless white ankle-length dress and draped a cream-coloured knit jumper over her shoulders, according to Daily Mail. The mother-to-be accessorized her special look with a gold watch and a delicate gold chain necklace which gave an elegant touch to her ensemble. Her stunning locks were parted to the side and flowed effortlessly down her shoulders in sleek curls. Her singer boyfriend also matched her vibes by donning an off-white button-up shirt with front pockets. Thomas completed his look with a pair of dark denim pants and pointed black ankle boots.

In a second photo, Willis and Murgatroyd showed off their burgeoning baby bumps while smiling. “You are the most beautiful pregnant woman @rumerwillis,” Murgatroyd wrote in the caption and added, “Loved celebrating you today! Love you so much!” Peta wrote in the caption. She concluded with a photo of herself posing with Willis and Thomas. The ‘Dancing With The Stars’ contestant donned a form-fitting navy pantsuit as well as a long-sleeved black jacket to layer the outfit.

When did Rumer Willis announce her pregnancy?

Willis and Thomas announced they were going to be parents in December 2022 when she shared a compilation of adorable photos. In one photo, he gently placed his hand on his stomach while sending a shocked look towards the camera. In another, he was seen kissing her growing bump. Since then, the “Hostage” star has treated her followers with baby photos and details of how she was taking care of herself at the time.

This baby shower comes after Willis attended Versace’s Fall/Winter 2023 show with her mother, Moore, in Los Angeles. The mother-daughter duo color-coordinated in all-black ensembles. Willis wore a fitted black mini dress that showed off her baby bump perfectly and added a black wool coat on top.
