“We went through hearing after hearing, as we reported and spoke to our witness, and interviewed people. We have seen how bad the situation is at the border. Yet we cannot vote Republicans to impeach Secretary Mayorkas. It’s scandalous,” she continued.

The representative then accused Mayorkas of breaking laws, saying, “Everyone everywhere in America knows how bad this guy is and that he is deliberately breaking our laws.” I don’t know how we’re going to win, guys, if we can’t get the Republicans to stick together.”

“I’m sure you are outraged as to why a Republican would vote with the Democrat to send my article of impeachment to committee, where it will die. They are going to die and nothing happens to them,” she said.
