Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck spotted meeting entrepreneurs at their new $64 million home in Pacific Palisades
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted meeting with a group of entrepreneurs at their new home on Saturday, March 11. The power couple’s long hunt for a home appears to have come to an end as they reportedly paid a whopping $64 million for the Pacific Palisades estate.
While Affleck, 50, kept things casual in an orange flannel jacket, black sweater and black pants, Lopez, 53, went without her usual glitz in baggy blue cargo pants and an oversized white sweater . The A-list couple looked very intense as they strolled around the sprawling property.

Lopez and Affleck reportedly initially decided to go for a nearby property worth $34.5 million, but scrapped that plan before making their latest purchase, according to The Daily Mail. There seemed to be plenty of extra space in the driveway for cars in addition to the three main house garages on their new property.

The enormous 13,000 square foot property features six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a 3,000 square foot guest house with two bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also has two studies, a video room, a large playroom with access to the backyard, two playrooms, a large kitchen and a family room.

The new home also has the advantage of being close to the Pacific Palisades mansion where Affleck and Garner lived for nine years when they got married. The megastars have resided at James Packer’s opulent $60 million Beverly Hills estate. Lopez’s six-year-old, nine-bedroom French-style Bel-Air home, which she put on the market for $42.5 million in February, has already found a buyer.
The property, owned by Gregory Milken, one of LA’s wealthiest people, and his wife EJ, wasn’t even listed last week before Affleck and Lopez snapped it up. Milken, EJ and their five children have resided in the home for over 10 years. They paid $14.5 million for it in 2009. The house is now on the market for $64 million. It’s unclear whether Lopez and Affleck, who have five children, will pay the full asking price for the home or negotiate a deal.
