Enrique Rojas and Richard Smith arrested for the death of Andrew Cisneros

According to the latest news, 2 suspects have been arrested in relation to the murder of a man in La Cresta. The 2 suspects, Richard Smith and Enrique Rojas have been charged with numerous offenses related to the incident. The charges against them include theft, murder and burglary. Both perpetrators are being held on $1 million bail each.
