COOL MOM! Shakira wears jacket and ripped jeans at JFK as she is seen with sons before moving to Miami
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Shakira recently showed off her cool side in a rose red jacket when she touched down in New York on Thursday, March 9. The ‘Queen of Latin Music’ was reportedly seen with her two sons – 10-year-old Milan, 10, and Sasha, eight – at JFK airport while looking stylish in a black T-shirt, a ripped black jeans and white sneakers.
To accentuate her appearance, she added a black jacket full of red roses. The mother-of-two also donned a baseball cap and huge black sunglasses. The singer’s boys looked no less stylish than their mother. The little ones wore similar-looking blue hoodies, slightly faded jeans and white sneakers.

The trio came after reports claimed that Shakira would soon call Miami her home. It was said that she was originally planning to move to the United States from Barcelona earlier this year but her arrival is now expected to take place on April 1. Laura Fa, a journalist who follows the 46-year-old closely, reportedly told Catalan newspaper El Periodico, “What we are being told today is that she has a date planned to move there, which would be April 1. If all goes well, she wants to go on that date.”
Separately, another journalist, Lorena Vasquez, added: “This is the information we receive from the closest circle of the former couple. The only obstacle would be the health of Shakira’s father and it is well documented that his health is a little complicated right now. Shakira’s idea is to take advantage of Spring Break in the United States to be able to travel to Miami with her sons so that they can start their classes when the children there return to class.

Shakira’s first attempt to move to Miami was reportedly delayed due to her father’s poor health. At the time, it was said, as reported by the Daily Mail, “She cannot make the trip to Miami at the moment. Reports also surfaced that the “Waka Waka” singer had signed an agreement with her ex, Gerard Pique, over custody of their children before confirming her plans to move to the United States. A statement from the former couple read: “We wish to communicate that we have signed an agreement which guarantees the well-being of our children and which will be ratified by a court in a simple formal procedure.”
