Chris Appleton and Lukas Gage file for divorce after following Kim Kardashian’s advice about a prenup
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: Kim Kardashian’s hairstylist Chris Appleton files for divorce from Lukas Gorga after just 6 months of marriage. According to the documents obtained, the reason for the split was “irreconcilable differences.”
TMZ reports that a close source says Chris “tried everything to make the marriage work.” However, seeing that nothing was working out between them, he decided that it was better for them both to move forward with their lives.

The source close to the couple says it wasn’t easy for Chris to decide to divorce. As news of the divorce circulated, it was revealed that the estranged couple had a prenup in place.
Just a week ago, the former couple’s wedding episode aired on ‘The Kardashians’ and we saw Kim advising them to get a prenup. Fortunately, the two followed him.
The ex-couple listed their separation date in the court document as Friday, November 10.

Kim is a long-time friend of Chris’s, which is why he gave her the heck of an opportunity to celebrate her wedding to Lukas. With help from “The Kardashians” star and Shania Twain, Chris and Lukas tied the knot in Las Vegas.

Chris and Lukas walked down the aisle in a Little White Chapen in April 2023. After celebrating Chris and Lukas’ wedding, Kim took to Instagram to reveal that she felt honored.
She uploaded a slew of photos from the wedding day, saying: “I was so honored to be able to have a wedding in Vegas!!! I couldn’t be happier for you both @chrisappleton1 and @lukasgage 🎲 ♥️💍♾️ and the surprise of @shaniatwain singing their song to them was ✨🪄.”
The TV personality continued to gush about her custom dress, saying, “I love the custom dress @ludovicdesaintsernin.”

The 40-year-old hairstylist went public with his relationship with the 28-year-old in February during their trip to Mexico. He then admitted in today’s interview: “I’m very happy, very in love.”
Fascinated by Lukas’s good looks, Chris added: “He’s a handsome man. Being in London I got a taste of the British and I couldn’t help myself.”
Since making his relationship official, Chris has often been seen posting photos with Lukas on social media and flaunting their love.
